During the 33rd Benelux Meeting on Systems and Control, I was awarded the DISC PhD Thesis Award for the best PhD thesis defended in 2013 in the Netherlands in the area of systems and control. The award is installed by DISC (Dutch Institute of Systems and Control), the inter-university research institute and graduate school that unites all university groups in the Netherlands active in the field of systems theory and control engineering.
